Regional Operations Administrator - Sandwell/Dudley
We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Administrator located in Sandwell/Dudley. You will be supporting operational excellence across the region and report into the Regional Manager.
The Regional Operations Administrator is a key player in upholding company standards and driving financial discipline across the regions. In this role, you will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, while providing essential support to maintain operational excellence within our regional teams. The role will be based at our regional office in Sandwell/Dudley.
Main duties of the job
- Understand and manage the region's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, identifying key drivers and barriers to achieving financial targets.
- Support the services within the region with administration duties, working within CQC regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Support the reduction of agency staff by overseeing area staffing structures and support to address concerns.
- Work with credit control to reduce aged debt and improve cash flow, fostering relationships with key contacts within local authorities.
- Support the service manager with stock ordering and PO raising for the region
- Help the services with their expenditure within area offices, ensuring financial accountability.
- Manage low-level property repairs and operational expenditures, optimising cost efficiencies.
- Act as a key liaison between Directors, Regional/Service Managers and support functions, providing operational support.
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure operational compliance and continuous improvement across the services within the region.
- Support ROM, SM and RSM with the administration of training compliance.
- Partner with different departments on projects and information requests as required.
- Support the implementation and integration of new projects/initiatives within the region.
- Collaborate with support functions to provide additional assistance when needed.
- Minute take for Regional Meetings across services as required.
- Have strong Problem-Solving skills and commercial acumen.
- 5 Years experience in administration / IT / Financial.
- Working in a fast-paced office environment and able to work under pressure.
- Strong senior Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficient in IT skills including Microsoft systems particularly excel.
- Financial Acumen - Experience with budgets and forecasting.
- Car Driver as you may be required to travel to sites.
- The role will be based out of our regional office in Sandwell/Dudley with occasional travel to various sites.
