We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing team across a broad range of tasks, with a focus on campaign management, PR, and communications. You will work closely with the business development team and other functions within the company to help promote Northern Healthcare’s services and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the marketing function professionally with clear and concise communication.
  • Manage local and national PR, including copywriting, case study creation, and press release distribution.
  • Develop and execute in-house PR strategies and crisis management plans.
  • Research and liaise with suitable media outlets (press, social media, TV, radio).
  • Develop webinars, podcasts, and other promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assist in designing and coordinating communication initiatives.
  • Budget and supplier management for campaigns and materials.
  • Develop online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate company award submissions and exhibition events.
  • Monitor social media engagement and report communication activity against KPIs.
  • Assist with internal and external newsletters, surveys, and marketing statistics reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong PR, communications, and event management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with copywriting and proofreading experience.
  • Experience with campaign management (offline and online) and stakeholder relations.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds relevant qualifications in marketing, PR, or communications.
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Is passionate about marketing, communication, and mental health.
  • Is a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Has experience in managing social media and reporting analytics.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in marketing, PR, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with the full marketing mix and working in a fast-paced environment.
