HR Advisor
We are looking for a HR Advisor/Business Partner to join our People Team. You will be based at our central office with travel to Chester, Merseyside and Birmingham required.

We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Advisor/Business Partner to join our People function and make a real difference across multiple sites. If you have a strong background in healthcare or regulated environments, along with hands-on experience managing HR across multiple locations, we want you to join our team!
As a key member of the People Team, you’ll collaborate with the People Director to shape and execute a tailored HR strategy that meets the needs of our growing organisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping a high-performance culture across various sites.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Multi-Site HR Leadership & Compliance:
Lead HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, from disciplinaries and grievances to TUPE transfers, redundancies, and capability dismissals.
Ensure that all sites remain CQC-compliant and that HR policies adhere to the required regulatory frameworks.
Oversee GDPR compliance and data protection across all sites.
🔹 Operational Excellence Across Locations:
Work closely with the recruitment team to enhance candidate experience and retention across multiple sites.
Develop and implement a market-competitive reward structure that reflects the needs of our diverse locations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
🔹 Strategic HR for a Multi-Site Organisation:
Drive HR projects that embed our values and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across all locations.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing HR strategy and key business decisions across the organisation’s multiple sites.
Deliver HR training and coaching to empower site leaders and line managers to manage their people effectively.
Champion industry accreditations and contribute to increasing our organisation’s recognition within the sector.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience)
✔️ Extensive HR experience in a multi-site healthcare or regulated sector environment
✔️ Strong expertise in TUPE, redundancy, employee relations, and employment law
✔️ Proven track record of managing HR across multiple locations, balancing diverse needs and priorities
✔️ A strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change in a multi-site context
✔️ Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
