As a Service Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our service. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, while empowering and supporting both the people we support and your team.

🌟 Leadership & Development
Inspire, coach, and lead your team through regular supervisions and appraisals
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on growth and excellence
⚙️ Operational Excellence
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet all regulatory and Care Inspectorate standards
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and delivery
❤️ Resident-Focused Care
Oversee assessments, admissions, and discharge planning
Champion the rights, choices, and safety of those we support
💰 Financial & Resource Management
Take control of budgets, staffing, and resource planning
Ensure the service is sustainable, effective, and compliant
📣 Communication & Engagement
Build strong, trusting relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders
Ensure open and effective communication at all levels
🛡️ Safeguarding & Compliance
Promote a culture of safety and accountability
Ensure robust safeguarding protocols are followed at all times
🙋♀️ What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a care, health, or clinical environment
Strong understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and healthcare legislation
Excellent communication, organisational, and team-building skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
