We’re looking for a confident and motivated HR Advisor to join our team, supporting four dynamic sites across Merseyside, Chester, and Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional looking to broaden their experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with managers and teams to provide sound HR support across a range of generalist areas. You’ll play a key role in implementing HR best practice, supporting employee relations matters, recruitment, absence management, and driving engagement across the sites.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the region
- Supporting line managers with employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Delivering consistent and proactive HR support in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it)
- Experienced in a generalist HR role, ideally within a multi-site or operational setting
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident in managing employee relations cases and advising managers
- Willing to travel between sites regularly (a full UK driving licence is required)
