Beck House in Chester is looking for compassionate, down-to-earth people to join our dedicated team.
Experience in formal care is welcome — but not essential. What matters most is your empathy, your patience, and your commitment to supporting adults on their mental health journey.
What you’ll be doing:
Offering emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs
Building trusting relationships that empower independence
Helping people develop life skills and confidence
Working within a warm, friendly, and supportive team
What you’ll bring:
A caring nature and a genuine desire to help
Life experience supporting others (personal or professional)
Reliability, resilience, and a positive attitude
An interest in mental health and wellbeing
Pay & Hours:
£12.70 per hour
38.5 hours per week (full-time)
