👀 What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring, compassionate people who want to make a difference.
Ideally you'll have:
✔ A positive, can-do attitude
✔ Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or supporting a loved one with mental health or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
✔ A Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
✔ Two satisfactory references covering the last three years (including any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
✔ Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
