💼 The Role
As a Bank Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build independence, confidence, and daily life skills — while working shifts that fit around your availability.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting recovery – Encouraging self-care, emotional wellbeing, and positive routines
🍽️ Promoting independence – Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, budgeting, medication, and appointments
🤝 Building connections – Helping people engage with their community and reduce social isolation
👥 Team collaboration – Working alongside mental health professionals to deliver personalised care plans
📝 Accurate record keeping – Ensuring clear documentation to support the best outcomes
