About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance across our operational services.
In this role, you’ll go beyond the numbers—working closely with operational, clinical, and departmental leaders to provide meaningful financial insights, influence decision-making and help deliver key projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partnering with managers and budget holders to deliver clear, actionable financial insights
Supporting operational and clinical teams with performance analysis and financial guidance
Producing management accounts, regional reporting packs and supporting key meetings
Leading and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Driving improvements in financial systems, processes and controls
Overseeing procurement activity to ensure value for money
Supporting payroll and cash management processes across services
Leading finance training for non-financial colleagues and creating user-friendly guidance
Supporting internal audit processes and compliance
Playing an active role in month-end, year-end and balance sheet reconciliations
Contributing to finance projects and system developments
Acting as a key member of the senior finance team
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role
A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, or AAT Level 4) or equivalent experience
Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
Experience supporting or training non-financial teams
Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and data analysis)
Experience with finance systems (Sage preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
