Regional Operations Administrator
Location: Eccles, Manchester (there will be travel to our services located in the North West)
Salary: £28 - 30,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

We are now looking for a proactive and highly organised Regional Operations Administrator to support our regional teams and help drive operational excellence across our services.
About the Role
As a Regional Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of services across the region. Working closely with Regional Operational Managers, Service Managers, Finance Teams and wider support functions, you’ll help ensure compliance, financial accountability, and operational efficiency across multiple services.
This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship building, and supporting teams to achieve high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for a broad range of operational and administrative duties, including:
Supporting Regional and Service Managers with day-to-day operational administration
Assisting with monitoring regional budgets, expenditure, and Profit & Loss performance
Supporting stock ordering, purchase orders, and financial processes
Working alongside Finance and Credit Control teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt
Helping services reduce agency staffing usage and improve workforce planning
Coordinating low-level property repairs and operational expenditure
Supporting training compliance administration across services
Taking minutes and supporting regional meetings
Acting as a key link between operational teams and central support functions
Supporting the rollout of new projects, systems, and initiatives across the region
Ensuring services operate in line with CQC regulations, company policies and best practice standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Experienced in administration, operations or coordination roles
Comfortable working with financial information and reporting
A strong communicator who can build positive working relationships
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Passionate about supporting high-quality mental health services
Experience within healthcare, social care, supported living or a regulated environment would be advantageous.
