As a Mental Health Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to deliver exceptional person-centred support while leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team of Support Workers.
You'll create an environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
🌈 What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for:
✔ Leading and supporting a team of Mental Health Support Workers
✔ Coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
✔ Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered
✔ Supporting residents with their recovery and independence goals
✔ Completing supervisions, spot checks and staff development
✔ Managing medication safely and in line with policies
✔ Supporting with rota management and day-to-day service operations
✔ Promoting safeguarding, dignity and positive risk management
✔ Acting as a role model and creating a positive team culture

👀 What We're Looking For
We're looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
You'll ideally have:
✔ Experience leading or supervising teams within health or social care
✔ Experience supporting adults with mental health needs or complex behaviours
✔ A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ A person-centred approach and positive leadership style
✔ Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
✔ Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
