What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same.
You'll help the people we support to:
π Develop everyday living skills
π½οΈ Prepare meals and cook independently
π Manage appointments and medication
π‘ Maintain their home and manage household tasks
π· Build budgeting and money management skills
π Access education, employment, volunteering and community activities

π€ Promote emotional wellbeing and recovery

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference.
You'll ideally have:
β A caring, person-centred approach
β Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
β Experience supporting a family member, friend or someone with additional needs is welcomed
β Strong communication and teamwork skills
β Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
β The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
